The Building and Maintenance Committee assists the pastor and staff to maintain and improve all the parish facilities. They review proposals and bids for major projects and make recommendations. The committee helps in the planning of construction or repair activities.

The committee normally meets about once a quarter, or more often as necessary. Parishioners with experience in the construction trades are particularly invited to serve on is committee.
