This ministry is a collaborative project of the Southern Solano Catholic Community and includes members from St. Basil, St. Catherine, St. Dominic, St. Vincent, and Holy Family Parishes.  Single, divorced, separated, and widowed Catholics are welcome to join. 

The three components of this ministry are Spiritual, Social, and Service. There are activities and/or events for each of these components that have been suggested by the members. 

A general meeting is held on the 4th Sunday of each month after the 5:30 PM Mass at the St. Basil Parish Center.  A singles prayer group also meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month in the Parish Center.

December 2009 Calendar of Events for Singles Ministry

Hi everyone,
Our Christmas Party (Potluck) with Fr. Leon is scheduled for this Saturday, December 12th at 6:30 pm, at the St. Basil Rectory, 1225 Tuolomne St. Vallejo.  Hope you can all make it, especially all our new members!!   Special thanks to Kitty for finally getting the date from Fr. Leon!!!
Everyone can park in the school parking lot (the back part along the fence which is along the side of the rectory -back of the church building).  Note, the 5:30 mass will be ending at 6:30 pm, so there should be lots of parking available after that. 
If you’re interested in participating in the Christmas Gift Exchange Game, the monetary limit for the gift is $10.  We’ll also practice our singing for our Christmas caroling on the 20th!
