During the week of February 26 - March 1, 2009, dozens of St. Basil parishioners traveled to Anaheim, California to attend the 2009 Anaheim Religious Education Congress at the Anaheim Convention Center.  Each year the Los Angeles Archdiocese sponsors one of the largest gatherings of  Catholics (youth and adults) in the United States to provide religious education workshops, exhibits and masses.  This year 15,000 youth attended the Youth Day on February 26 and 21,000 attended the Congress from February 27 - March 1.  Next year's Congress in Anaheim will be March 18 (youth day) - March 21, 2010. info at Religious Ed Congress website   Below are some pictures taken by St. Basil parishioners who attended the Congress.
